2. என் தேவனே, நான் பகலிலே கூப்பிடுகிறேன், உத்தரவுகொடீர்; இரவிலே கூப்பிடுகிறேன், எனக்கு அமைதலில்லை.
3. இஸ்ரவேலின் துதிகளுக்குள் வாசமாயிருக்கிற தேவரீரே பரிசுத்தர்.
4. எங்கள் பிதாக்கள் உம்மிடத்தில் நம்பிக்கை வைத்தார்கள்; நம்பின அவர்களை நீர் விடுவித்தீர்.
5. உம்மை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிட்டுத் தப்பினார்கள்; உம்மை நம்பி வெட்கப்பட்டுப்போகாதிருந்தார்கள்.
6. நானோ ஒரு புழு, மனுஷனல்ல; மனுஷரால் நிந்திக்கப்பட்டும், ஜனங்களால் அவமதிக்கப்பட்டும் இருக்கிறேன்.
7. என்னைப் பார்க்கிறவர்களெல்லாரும் என்னைப் பரியாசம்பண்ணி, உதட்டைப் பிதுக்கி, தலையைத் துலுக்கி:
8. கர்த்தர்மேல் நம்பிக்கையாயிருந்தானே, அவர் இவனை விடுவிக்கட்டும்; இவன்மேல் பிரியமாயிருக்கிறாரே, இப்பொழுது இவனை மீட்டுவிடட்டும் என்கிறார்கள்.
9. நீரே என்னைக் கர்ப்பத்திலிருந்து எடுத்தவர்; என் தாயின் முலைப்பாலை நான் உண்கையில் என்னை உம்முடையபேரில் நம்பிக்கையாயிருக்கப்பண்ணினீர்.
10. கர்ப்பத்திலிருந்து வெளிப்பட்டபோதே உமது சார்பில் விழுந்தேன்; நான் என் தாயின் வயிற்றில் இருந்ததுமுதல் நீர் என் தேவனாயிருக்கிறீர்.
11. என்னை விட்டுத் தூரமாகாதேயும்; ஆபத்து கிட்டியிருக்கிறது, சகாயரும் இல்லை.
12. அநேகம் காளைகள் என்னைச் சூழ்ந்திருக்கிறது; பாசான் தேசத்துப் பலத்த எருதுகள் என்னை வளைந்துகொண்டது.
13. பீறி கெர்ச்சிக்கிற சிங்கத்தைப்போல், என்மேல் தங்கள் வாயைத் திறக்கிறார்கள்.
14. தண்ணீரைப்போல ஊற்றுண்டேன்; என் எலும்புகளெல்லாம் கட்டுவிட்டது, என் இருதயம் மெழுகுபோலாகி, என் குடல்களின் நடுவே உருகிற்று.
15. என் பெலன் ஓட்டைப்போல் காய்ந்தது; என் நாவு மேல்வாயோடே ஒட்டிக்கொண்டது; என்னை மரணத்தூளிலே போடுகிறீர்.
16. நாய்கள் என்னைச் சூழ்ந்திருக்கிறது; பொல்லாதவர்களின் கூட்டம் என்னை வளைந்துகொண்டது; என் கைகளையும் என் கால்களையும் உருவக் குத்தினார்கள்.
17. என் எலும்புகளையெல்லாம் நான் எண்ணலாம்; அவர்கள் என்னை நோக்கிப் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.
18. என் வஸ்திரங்களைத் தங்களுக்குள்ளே பங்கிட்டு, என் உடையின்பேரில் சீட்டுப்போடுகிறார்கள்.
19. ஆனாலும் கர்த்தாவே, நீர் எனக்குத் தூரமாகாதேயும்; என் பெலனே, எனக்குச் சகாயம்பண்ணத் தீவிரித்துக்கொள்ளும்.
20. என் ஆத்துமாவைப் பட்டயத்திற்கும், எனக்கு அருமையானதை நாய்களின் துஷ்டத்தனத்திற்கும் தப்புவியும்.
21. என்னைச் சிங்கத்தின் வாயிலிருந்து இரட்சியும்; நான் காண்டாமிருகத்தின் கொம்புகளில் இருக்கும்போது எனக்குச் செவிகொடுத்தருளினீர்.
22. உம்முடைய நாமத்தை என் சகோதரருக்கு அறிவித்து, சபைநடுவில் உம்மைத் துதிப்பேன்.
23. கர்த்தருக்குப் பயப்படுகிறவர்களே, அவரைத் துதியுங்கள்; யாக்கோபின் சந்ததியாரே, நீங்கள் எல்லாரும் அவரைக் கனம்பண்ணுங்கள்; இஸ்ரவேலின் வம்சத்தாரே, நீங்கள் எல்லாரும் அவர்பேரில் பயபக்தியாயிருங்கள்.
24. உபத்திரவப்பட்டவனுடைய உபத்திரவத்தை அவர் அற்பமாயெண்ணாமலும் அருவருக்காமலும், தம்முடைய முகத்தை அவனுக்கு மறைக்காமலுமிருந்து, தம்மை நோக்கி அவன் கூப்பிடுகையில் அவனைக் கேட்டருளினார்.
25. மகா சபையிலே நான் உம்மைத் துதிப்பேன்; அவருக்குப் பயப்படுகிறவர்களுக்கு முன்பாக என் பொருத்தனைகளைச் செலுத்துவேன்.
26. சாந்தகுணமுள்ளவர்கள் புசித்துத் திருப்தியடைவார்கள்; கர்த்தரைத் தேடுகிறவர்கள் அவரைத் துதிப்பார்கள்; உங்கள் இருதயம் என்றென்றைக்கும் வாழும்.
27. பூமியின் எல்லைகளெல்லாம் நினைவுகூர்ந்து கர்த்தரிடத்தில் திரும்பும்; ஜாதிகளுடைய சந்ததிகளெல்லாம் உமது சமுகத்தில் தொழுதுகொள்ளும்.
28. ராஜ்யம் கர்த்தருடையது; அவர் ஜாதிகளை ஆளுகிறவர்.
29. பூமியின் செல்வவான்கள் யாவரும் புசித்துப் பணிந்துகொள்வார்கள்; புழுதியில் இறங்குகிறவர்கள் யாவரும் அவருக்கு முன்பாக வணங்குவார்கள். ஒருவனும் தன் ஆத்துமா அழியாதபடி அதைக் காக்கக்கூடாதே.
30. ஒரு சந்ததி அவரைச் சேவிக்கும்; தலைமுறை தலைமுறையாக அது ஆண்டவருடைய சந்ததி என்னப்படும்.
31. அவர்கள் வந்து: அவரே இவைகளைச் செய்தார் என்று பிறக்கப்போகிறவர்களுக்கு அவருடைய நீதியை அறிவிப்பார்கள்.
1. உதவிக்காக ஆண்டவரிடத்தில் மன்றாடுவது. (வசனம் ஒன்றிலிருந்து 21 வரை)

5. உம்மை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிட்டுத் தப்பினார்கள்; உம்மை நம்பி வெட்கப்பட்டுப்போகாதிருந்தார்கள்.
12. அநேகம் காளைகள் என்னைச் சூழ்ந்திருக்கிறது; பாசான் தேசத்துப் பலத்த எருதுகள் என்னை வளைந்துகொண்டது.
13. பீறி கெர்ச்சிக்கிற சிங்கத்தைப்போல், என்மேல் தங்கள் வாயைத் திறக்கிறார்கள்.
16. நாய்கள் என்னைச் சூழ்ந்திருக்கிறது; பொல்லாதவர்களின் கூட்டம் என்னை வளைந்துகொண்டது; என் கைகளையும் என் கால்களையும் உருவக் குத்தினார்கள்.
என்னைப்பொறுத்தவரை, காளை, சிங்கம், நாய் போன்ற மிருகங்கள், இலை காய் மறைவாக சாத்தான்களால் சூழப்பட்டிருப்பதையே கூறுகின்றது.
பூமியானது, சாத்தானுக்கு குத்தகைக்கு விடப்பட்டிருப்பதால், நம் எல்லோருக்குமே, அதிலும் மிக முக்கியமாக, இயேசுவைத் தேடுபவர்களுக்கு சாத்தானால் தொல்லைகள் உண்டு. ஆகவே, நாம் எப்பொழுதும் சாத்தானை எதிர்த்துப் போராடவேண்டும்.
வசனம் 18 இல், ஆடைகள் பங்கிட்டுக்கொண்டதைக் கூறுகின்றது.

அப்பொழுது இயேசு: பிதாவே இவர்களுக்கு மன்னியும், தாங்கள் செய்கிறது இன்னதென்று அறியாதிருக்கிறார்களே என்றார். அவருடைய வஸ்திரங்களை அவர்கள் பங்கிட்டுச் சீட்டுப்போட்டார்கள். (லூக்கா 23:34)
வசனம் 22 இல், இயேசுவின் முக்கிய நோக்கத்தைக் கூறுகின்றது.
22. உம்முடைய நாமத்தை என் சகோதரருக்கு அறிவித்து, சபைநடுவில் உம்மைத் துதிப்பேன்.
ஆகவே, நாமும் சகோதரர்களுக்கு இயேசுவின் நற்செய்தியை அறிவிப்பதிலும், அவரை துதிப்பதிலும் நிலையாக இருக்கவேண்டும்.
சங்கீதம் 22:29, 30 இல் மீட்பைப் பற்றிச் சொல்லப்படுகின்றது. இயேசு இதற்க்காகவே, அதாவது, பாவ மன்னிப்பிற்க்காகவே, மனிதர்களைத் தேடி பரலோகத்திலிருந்து வந்தார்.

இப்பொழுது இம்மையிலே, துன்பங்களோடேகூட நூறத்தனையாக, வீடுகளையும், சகோதரரையும், சகோதரிகளையும், தாய்களையும், பிள்ளைகளையும், நிலங்களையும், மறுமையிலே நித்திய ஜீவனையும் அடைவான் என்று மெய்யாகவே உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன். (மாற்கு 10:29, 30)

2. O my God, I cry in the daytime, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.
3. But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.
4. Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.
5. They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.
6. But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.
7. All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying,
8. He trusted on the Lord that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.
9. But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother’s breasts.
10. I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother’s belly.
11. Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help.
12. Many bulls have compassed me: strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.
13. They gaped upon me with their mouths, as a ravening and a roaring lion.
14. I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.
15. My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.
16. For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.
17. I may tell all my bones: they look and stare upon me.
18. They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.
19. But be not thou far from me, O Lord: O my strength, haste thee to help me.
20. Deliver my soul from the sword; my darling from the power of the dog.
21. Save me from the lion’s mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns.
22. I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.
23. Ye that fear the Lord, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel.
24. For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard.
25. My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him.
26. The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the Lord that seek him: your heart shall live forever.
27. All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the Lord: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
28. For the kingdom is the Lord’s: and he is the governor among the nations.
29. All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.
30. A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.
31. They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.
1. Verses 22:1 to 21 deal with requests to God for help and
2. Verses 22: 22 to 31 deal with praise and glorification of God.Verses 22: 1-2 and 6-8 deal with sorrowful complaints on God’s withdrawings.
1. My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? Why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?
2. O my God, I cry in the daytime, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.
6. But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.
7. All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying,
8. He trusted on the Lord that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him. Verses 22: 3-5 deal with the Israelite’s patriarch who had hope in God and its advantages.

5. They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded. The prophecy said in the verses 22: 15 (My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.) was fulfilled by the verses John 19:28.
After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst. (John 19:28)As written in the Bible the only Son of God suffered and died on the cross, As Jesus fulfilled the will of God by accepting the painful death on the cross, deny yourself and take up your cross daily and follow Jesus.In verses 22:12,13,16 we see the bulls surrounding, the Lions roaring and the dogs on every side of the suffering servant of God and how the wicked pierced his hands and his feet.
12. Many bulls have compassed me: strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.
13. They gaped upon me with their mouths, as a ravening and a roaring lion.
16. For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet. In my opinion, the Bulls, Lions and Dogs (beasts) are satanic forces which are indirectly mentioned here as animals.
Verse 22:18 says about garments being parted and lots cast upon the vesture.The verses 22:18 (They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.) was fulfilled by the verses in the New Testament Mark 15:24, John 19:24 and Luke 23:34
And when they had crucified him, they parted his garments, casting lots upon them, what every man should take. (Mark 15:24)
They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, they parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did. (John 19:24)
Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots. (Luke 23:34)The verses 22:22 informs that the servant of God should preach the Good News to the gentile and glorifying him in the Assembly of God.Psalms 22:29, 30 affirmed that all souls will be redeemed.Since the prophecy given by David is true, we all will be with the assembly of Christ one day or another.
We should not be in search of illegitimate worldly pleasures, but we should follow the commandment of God and preach the Good News to the people.
If we do that, not only we get redemption in the name of Christ, but also all legitimate worldly things as said in the verse Matthew 6:33 and Mark 10:29, 30.
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. (Matthew 6:33)
And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s, But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life. (Mark 10:29, 30)King David prophesied about the sufferings of Christ around BC. 1000. The prophecy was fulfilled in the 1st century. Anybody can say prophesy if he is in the deep spirit of God.
